No, the Hummingbird Technologies App currently cannot accept orthomosaics. Once the raw data is uploaded it runs through an orthomosaic process.
Once the data is uploaded it may take 10-15 hours for the models and algorithms to run. This can be longer for exceptionally large data sets.
If it has taken longer than 15 hours after upload you can contact email@example.com for assistance. Please quote the upload ID so they can easily locate the upload.
The majority of issues occur in processing and can be manually fixed but the account which uploaded the data will be notified if a re-flight is necessary.

In the Hummingbird App, use the sidebar to navigate to the field you plan to fly and then click the download button in the KML section of the sidebar.

If your drone settings are not listed here. We recommend all rotary drones use the same overlap settings as listed for DJI drones in the individual Operational Product requirement sheets.

Yes, all images need to be geotagged prior to being uploaded to the platform. It is not possible to add geographic information after uploading. This also includes altitude data.
