For Customers: Terms relating to Customer Agreements (where Hummingbird Technologies provides the Service directly to the customer). In the event the Service is provided by a reseller, partner or other authorised third party, the Customer Agreement will be between the customer and the authorised third party and may differ from the terms in this Customer Agreement, particularly relating to order forms, charges, payment or termination. If you have any questions, please contact us or the reseller directly.
For Resellers: Terms relating to Reseller Agreements (where Hummingbird Technologies provides the Service through a partner).
